Terms and Conditions ( شرائط و ضوابطہ )

  1. Processing fee for the application is Rs.2000 (non-refundable) to be submitted with the filled form through cash or Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of “RAVI URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY”.
  2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
    The applicant must be a full-time regular journalist from Print or Electronic Media, having one of the following designations:
    1. Reporter
    2. Newsroom Staffer
    3. Cameraman
    4. Photographer
  3. EXPERIENCE
    Graduation with full-time 08 years of experience for reporting and newsroom staffer. There is no educational qualification bar for cameramen and photographers.
  4. INELIGIBILITY FOR ALLOTMENT
    i. Those who have already been allotted plots by Federal or Provincial governments will not be eligible to apply
    ii. Those working for regional newspapers will not be eligible to apply
    iii. Out Station Reporters (OSRs) will not be eligible to apply.
    iv. The monthly income of the applicant must not be more than Rs. 150,000/- otherwise not eligible.
  5. The applicant shall pay the Authority's transfer fees, documentation charges, and all other ancillary and miscellaneous expenditures as decided by the Authority. Plot costs do not cover registration and expenditures, as well as electricity, water, and meter charges.
  6. The allottee will pay all applicable taxes and charges levied by the federal or provincial governments, local bodies, and municipalities, or any other authorities, including those that are now in effect and those that may be levied by the above and/or other authorities in the future.
  7. TIn the case of corner or park-facing plots, 10% additional charges will be paid with the final installment.
  8. Formal allotment letters will be issued after payment of development charges and miscellaneous charges.
  9. All applicable rules, policies, and regulations of The Authority shall apply.
  10. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
    Applicants are required to provide the following documents along with the filled application:
    a. Verified Salary Certificate
    b. Experience Certificates Verified by Employer
    c. Attested Educational Degrees
    d. Undertaking on Stamp Paper stating that the Applicant does not own/possess any allotted plots by Federal or Provincial governments.
    Application will not be accepted if any of the above-mentioned documents are missing/incomplete.
